About
FLYATHLON is a multi-sport event that integrates three activities- trail running, fly fishing, and craft beer. While our FLYATHLON races are designed to deliver epically unique and inclusive outdoor experiences, these irreverent races also incentivize our participants (or “Flyathletes”) to “Crowdfund for Conservation,” leveraging products donated by our conservation-minded outdoor industry sponsors.

Run. Cast. Sip.
Set along a native fish-bearing stream, participants will complete a scenic trail route, supported by friends.

Midway racers will stop to catch and release native fish using fly fishing techniques, engaging in ethical angling practices (barbless hooks, proper handling). Fly fishing experts will be present to help.

The race continues until participants end back at the starting point, a local brewery. With food trucks and craft beer, participants celebrate the day and each other's success.
