Register now for Trout Unlimited Canada’s Stream Rehabilitation Training Program

Register now for Trout Unlimited Canada’s Stream Rehabilitation Training Program sponsored by the Ontario Trillium Foundation.

TUC’s Stream Rehabilitation Training Course provides training and education on a variety of stream rehabilitation topics through professional practitioners including:

  1. Stream ecosystems

  2. Rehabilitation planning

  3. Assessment

  4. Monitoring

  5. Implementation

The first three of the six workshop series will be offered at the University of Guelph, this spring from April 23-26, 2018.

If you register by April 16, 2018, for any course you will receive a 50% discount.

Register as a student*, volunteer* professional to learn the science, and best practices of rehabilitation stream ecosystems and their associated watersheds.

The last three workshops will be offered in the fall. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from Trout Unlimited Canada and the University of Guelph’s School of Environmental Design and Rural Development.

Workshop #1: Creating the Context: Watershed & Stream Systems Prerequisite: None Date: Monday, April 23, 2018 Cost: $300.00 + HST* Register by April 16, 2018 and receive a 50% discount ($150 + HST)

Workshop #2: Understanding & Assessing the System (2 days) Prerequisite: Workshop #1 Date: Tuesday, April 24 and Wednesday, April 25, 2018 Cost: $450.00+ HST* Register by April 16, 2018 and receive a 50% discount ($225 + HST)

Workshop #3: Diagnosing the Problem & Developing a Plan Prerequisite: Workshop #2 Date: Thursday, April 26, 2018 Cost: $300.00 + HST* Register by April 16, 2018 and receive a 50% discount ($150 + HST)

Registration closes one week prior to each workshop. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made seven days prior to the workshop date.
