Speed Valley Chapter Fall Fundraiser

Speed Valley Chapter Fall Fundraiser. Join us, the Speed Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited Canada, for an afternoon fundraiser that includes two films and a silent auction at The Bookshelf in downtown Guelph.

Lots of great items will be up for grabs at the silent auction. All proceeds will go towards stream rehabilitation projects in the Speed Valley watershed. Refreshments will be available for purchase.

The featured films will include Finding Fontinalis and DamNation:

“An old gaucho’s tale inspired the search for a new world-record brook trout; but the water, landscape and the culture surrounding it became the impetus to conserve and protect it all in Finding Fontinalis.”

“DamNation shines the spotlight on dam removal, a solution that can restore watersheds, revive fisheries, protect coastlines, and improve the lives of those living in towns located near existing dams.”

Tickets are available for purchase for $15.

We hope to see on October 28th, from 1-5 pm!

Sincerely,

The Speed Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited Canada
