TUC welcomes a new YFR Partner. Trout Unlimited Canada welcomes the small, friendly northern Ontario Municipality of Wawa, as its newest Yellow Fish Road partner.
Shawn Mahon, Green Project Coordinator for the Economic Development Corporation of Wawa has been instrumental in establishing the partnership to protect its local waters. Many fishermen come to cast their line in their surrounding rivers, streams, and lakes.
The Economic Development Corporation of Wawa works collaboratively with the Municipality of Wawa and the Green Project is funded by the Ontario Trillium Fund.
